kedo is a community map of street-animal feeding stations. It is built around a few real mechanics: a spot can only be added by someone physically standing at it; it becomes a verified station after three different people confirm it on-site, each with a photo; every station carries a bowl status (fed / hungry / urgent) kept fresh by feeders on the ground; and a trust ladder decides how much of the map each account can see: from public hubs only, up to precise access for proven caretakers. Information in the app is contributed by users and is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use kedo.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you grant kedo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content within the app for the purpose of running the service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
You agree not to:
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly (typically within 24 hours).
kedo deliberately shows only approximate locations and may gate precise access. Location data depends on your device and network and may be inaccurate. Always use your own judgement when feeding animals and respect local rules.
kedo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kedo and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on user-contributed information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Turkish consumer law that cannot be waived.
If you downloaded kedo from the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
You can stop using kedo and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and execution offices of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues.

kedo, sokak hayvanı besleme noktalarının topluluk haritasıdır. Birkaç gerçek mekanik üzerine kuruludur: bir nokta yalnızca fiziksel olarak orada duran biri tarafından eklenebilir; üç farklı kişi yerinde, fotoğrafla onayladığında doğrulanmış bir istasyona dönüşür; her istasyonun, sahadaki besleyicilerin güncel tuttuğu bir mama durumu vardır (dolu / azaldı / boş); ve güven merdiveni, her hesabın haritanın ne kadarını görebileceğine karar verir: yalnızca herkese açık yerlerden, kendini kanıtlamış bakıcıların kesin erişimine kadar. Uygulamadaki bilgiler kullanıcılar tarafından girilir ve doğruluğu garanti edilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” sunulur.
kedo’yu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizdeki asgari dijital rıza yaşında) olmalısınız.
Paylaştığınız fotoğraf ve metinlerin sahibi sizsiniz. Paylaşarak, bu içeriği hizmeti yürütmek amacıyla uygulama içinde barındırmamız ve göstermemiz için kedo’ya münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, bedelsiz bir lisans verirsiniz. Paylaştığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz ve paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Bu Koşulları veya Topluluk Kuralları’nı ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırabilir, özellikleri kısıtlayabilir veya hesapları askıya alabilir/kapatabiliriz. Uygunsuz içerik bildirimlerine genellikle 24 saat içinde işlem yapmayı hedefleriz.
kedo bilinçli olarak yalnızca yaklaşık konum gösterir ve kesin erişimi kısıtlayabilir. Konum verisi cihazınıza ve ağınıza bağlıdır, hatalı olabilir. Hayvanları beslerken kendi muhakemenizi kullanın ve yerel kurallara uyun.
kedo “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle”, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde kedo ve işletmecisi, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanıcı içeriğine güvenmenizden doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Bu Koşullar, vazgeçilemez tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
kedo’yu Apple App Store’dan indirdiyseniz, Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir. Apple uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehdarıdır.
kedo’yu kullanmayı dilediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil). Koşulların ihlali halinde erişimi sonlandırabiliriz.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye’nin yetkili mahkeme ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; zorunlu tüketici yetki kuralları saklıdır.
