kedo exists for one reason: keep the city kind, a clean spot, fresh food. These guidelines keep the community helpful and the animals safe. They apply to everything you post.
Verification. A spot becomes a real, verified kedo station only when three different people confirm it on-site, each with a photo, and you can only add or confirm a spot while you are physically standing at it. This keeps the map honest. Until then it shows as a faint “pending” pin, and unverified spots expire after 14 days.
Bowl status. Every station carries a live status: fed, hungry or urgent, updated by feeders on the ground. Statuses decide where help goes next.
The trust ladder. How much of the map you see is earned, not given: Visitors see only public hubs (vets, parks, pet shops). Sign the no-harm pledge and, as Pledged, you see coarse district counts and can walk ghost runs. Verify a phone number and, as a Contributor, the full blurred (~110 m) map opens. Add a verified station and log three feedings, and as a Guardian precise spots open, only when you are physically near, and every reveal is logged.
Kedo runs. “Today’s kedo run” plans a short walking loop through the hungry bowls near you. On lower tiers the same loop is a ghost run with anonymized “mystery stops”, and feeding along the way is exactly how the map opens up.
Photos. Station photos exist to prove a place is real. Once a spot verifies, the extra proof photos are deleted automatically and one representative photo stays. Photos are downscaled and cleaned of hidden location tags on your phone before they upload.
Every photo, profile and post can be reported from the “⋯” menu, and you can block any user. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, or permanently ban accounts. Reporting an account can also temporarily freeze its access to precise locations while we review. Animal safety always comes first.

Bu, haritayı dürüst tutar. O zamana dek soluk bir “beklemede” iğnesi olarak görünür; doğrulanmamış noktalar 14 gün sonra silinir.
Mama durumu. Her istasyonun sahadaki besleyicilerin güncel tuttuğu canlı bir durumu vardır: dolu, azaldı veya boş. Yardımın önce nereye gideceğine bu durumlar karar verir.
Güven merdiveni. Haritanın ne kadarını gördüğünüz verilmez, kazanılır: Ziyaretçiler yalnızca herkese açık yerleri görür (veteriner, park, pet shop). Zarar-vermeme sözünü imzalayınca, Söz Vermiş olarak kaba semt sayılarını görür ve hayalet turlara çıkabilirsiniz. Telefon doğrulayınca, Katkıcı olarak bulanık (~110 m) haritanın tamamı açılır. Doğrulanmış bir istasyon ekleyip üç besleme kaydedince, Gardiyan olarak kesin noktalar açılır; yalnızca fiziksel olarak yakınken ve her açılış kayıt altında.
kedo turları. “Bugünün kedo turu”, yakınınızdaki aç istasyonlardan geçen kısa bir yürüyüş rotası kurar. Alt kademelerde aynı rota anonim “gizemli duraklar”dan oluşan bir hayalet turdur ve yol boyunca beslemek, haritanın açılmasının tam da yoludur.
Fotoğraflar. İstasyon fotoğrafları bir yerin gerçek olduğunu kanıtlamak için vardır. Bir nokta doğrulanınca fazladan kanıt fotoğrafları otomatik silinir; tek bir temsilî fotoğraf kalır. Fotoğraflar, yüklenmeden önce telefonunuzda küçültülür ve gizli konum etiketlerinden arındırılır.
Her fotoğraf, profil ve gönderi “⋯” menüsünden bildirilebilir; herhangi bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsiniz. Bildirimleri inceler ve 24 saat içinde işlem yapmayı hedefleriz. Ciddiyetine göre uyarabilir, içeriği kaldırabilir, özellikleri kısıtlayabilir veya hesapları kalıcı kapatabiliriz. Bir hesabın bildirilmesi, inceleme süresince kesin konuma erişimini geçici olarak dondurabilir. Hayvan güvenliği her zaman önce gelir.
